On weekdays, there are flights from Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg landing in Port Elizabeth before 08:00 and flights departing for those destinations after 19:00. Therefore, participants who are not able or willing to stay longer only need to spend one night in Port Elizabeth.

Transport will be available from the airport to the venue on the first day early in the morning and from the venue to the airport in the late afternoon on the second day. Transport will also be available within the Humewood / Summerstrand area in the late afternoon / evening of the first day and in the early morning of the second day.
